Siorapaluk, Greenland
In 2011, I was deployed to the Arctic with USCG Cutter Willow. I had the honor to go ashore to Siorapaluk, it's one of the northernmost settlements in the world. They are the people of the Inuit tribe. They survive off of the land as their ancestors did, their hunting skills are superior along with other skills to survive such cold conditions during the winter. At that time the population was 37.
